How AtaList works
Do I need an account to submit a request?
No. You can submit a request with just an email address; verifying that email is enough. Posting a request is always free.
Does AtaList charge commissions or transaction fees?
No. AtaList charges no transaction fees or commissions. Payment for services happens directly between you and the expert. Experts pay a subscription to keep their listing active.
Who can see my request and the offers I receive?
Requests are publicly browsable so the right experts can find them. Offers are private and visible only to you, which makes comparing them less pressured.
How do reviews work?
Reviews are verified: they can only be left through single-use invitation links generated by the expert, or by users who have worked with the expert through the platform. Ratings are calculated from these verified reviews.
Can I stay in touch with experts I like?
Yes. You can follow experts to keep up with their new posts and optionally receive notifications, and book a call with experts who enable call booking.
How do I contact an expert directly?
Expert profiles can include optional public contact links such as a website, social media, phone, or WhatsApp. These are shown only when the expert chooses to share them.
What if I see inappropriate content?
You can report posts, requests, and profiles for review by the AtaList team, and block users so their content is hidden from your view. Blocking is private.
