Applying to a Visa after my Zoekjaar visa expires

I have been living in the Netherlands for the past four years—three years on a student residence permit and one year on an orientation year (zoekjaar) permit. My orientation permit will expire in November 2026. Besides actively looking for employment, I also plan to establish an EU branch of my family's tourism and hospitality business in the Netherlands.
