Laminate flooring (3 rooms, landing and stairs) + smooth and paint walls

We're looking for a contractor to renovate the upper floor of our home. We have already purchased the laminate. Landing and stairs: Remove the carpet from the landing and the staircase, including the winding steps at the top. Clad the stairs with our laminate, including finishing the step edges, and lay the same laminate on the landing. Remove glue and carpet residue. Stairwell: Remove the textured wallpaper, smooth the walls, and paint them. Three rooms: Remove the existing laminate in two small bedrooms and the main bedroom, then lay the new laminate. All floors should connect seamlessly with the landing and stairs, without high thresholds. Fit new skirting boards and finish neatly around the built-in wardrobes. Three rooms: The walls have a textured finish. They need to be made smooth by sanding, filling, or skimming as needed, and then painted.
