Sliding glass door locked and cannot be opened

PVC sliding glass door is locked and cannot be opened. The key turns halfway, but does not turn further when reaching the open position. The door handle is in the upper position and remains locked, so it cannot be turned downward and the multipoint locking mechanism does not open. I request that this door be opened and, if necessary, a quote be provided for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the multipoint locking mechanism and the sliding rails.
