Dutch Citizenship

I obtained Dutch citizenship together with my two children. However, in order to comply with the legal requirements, I must provide proof that I have applied to renounce my other citizenships. Unfortunately, due to a discrepancy in my name records, the Turkish Consulate informed me that they cannot accept my renunciation application. To resolve this issue, I requested an extension from the Dutch authorities. The extension was granted, but the situation has become a very complex legal problem for me, and I have been unable to find a solution. The granted extension will expire in October, and I urgently need legal advice and assistance. Thank you.
