Eindhoven urgent housing need

Hello, my name is Tuna Türk and I hold Turkish and Bulgarian citizenship. My spouse and I are moving to Eindhoven on August 19th, hoping to settle permanently. I have an MBO 3-4 vocational diploma and have been in talks with companies for 1 week. I have 2 job interviews coming up, one with ASML and one with a subcontractor, both of which are in the final stages. I was rejected by 2 different institutions due to address requirements, but they said they would accept me once I have an address. My spouse is a teacher. After I arrange my address and job, we will apply for family reunification residence with an IND AB citizen spouse, and my spouse will also start working as a teacher. My estimated gross income will be between 3000-4000 euros, and my spouse's will be around 4000 euros. We also have savings set aside specifically to guarantee our rent: 11,000 euros in the bank and 2,000 euros in cash, totaling 13,000 euros in cash savings, plus 7,000 euros in physical gold, for a total of 20,000 euros in security funds. Additionally, our families, although we won't need their help during this process, will serve as guarantors and maintain their assets abroad. We cannot overcome the salary requirements in the Dutch real estate sector with words alone, we cannot make a house contract, and I am having difficulty finalizing my work contract. Because I am with my spouse, we unfortunately do not want to accept the group worker accommodation provided by companies. We are flexible regarding housing, in the range of 600-1300 euros, and we accept houses, apartments, studio apartments, temporary accommodations, anything. We have 5 days of hotel accommodation from August 19th to August 24th and are completely available for face-to-face interviews and house viewings. If we cannot find a house, we will face major problems. That place is our dream and returning is definitely not an option.
