Bathroom renovation and converting the bathtub into a shower cabin

Hello, I would like to get a price quote for our bathroom (approx. 5 m²). I am sending the photos attached. Current condition: - A whirlpool bathtub with tiled front, a wall-hung toilet (Geberit concealed cistern), a vanity unit, and a Remeha boiler inside the bathroom. - While removing the old silicone between the bathtub and the tiles, the joint opened up quite a bit. The old silicone has clearly lost its function over a long time, and water is getting behind the bathtub. - The wooden load-bearing frame behind and beneath the bathtub's front panel is darkened, damp, and partially rotten. The adhesive behind the front tiles is coming off, and there are broken board pieces under the bathtub. The bathtub itself rests on a steel chassis with adjustable legs. In addition, the wooden parts on the exterior wall side of the bathroom area are also rotten and crumbling. I would like prices for two options: A) Repair only B) Complete renovation (as in the reference photo) Could you send a quote after an on-site visit, including a cost breakdown, estimated duration, and the earliest possible start date?
