I believe I was scammed by a plumber. Furthermore, I was subjected to seriously aggressive, threatening, and humiliating behavior. I made the payment under duress and later realized the main issue was not resolved. I want a refund. Since the matter has been taken to the police, I also need guidance on what course of action to take.
