I am considering buying a house in Waalre. The structural inspection found cracks along the roof edges, especially around the rainwater drainage channels. No leak has been detected at this time. The house is 7 metres wide. The roof is on the third floor. It is written that both the front and back sides are also problematic.
Could you give an estimate of possible repair options and costs based on the relevant pages of the structural inspection report and a few photos?
