Painting and flooring work

We are looking for a professional to carry out painting and flooring work in our 78 m² apartment in Amsterdam. The bathroom and separate toilet do not need to be included. The work includes: Removing existing wallpaper Removing and disposing of the existing flooring and skirting boards Preparing the walls, including primer and plastering where needed Painting the ceilings in one colour Painting the walls in one colour Installing a new herringbone (visgraat) floor Installing new skirting boards Checking the bathroom electrics and installing an electric towel radiator We will purchase the flooring, skirting boards and paint ourselves, so we are mainly looking for labour. Please provide an indication of the labour costs, preferably broken down by type of work. We would be happy to arrange a viewing of the apartment before providing a final quote.
