Repair request – damaged metal bed frame and faulty gas piston

The metal bed base/frame of my bed has been damaged and is broken on one side. The issue appears to have occurred because the gas piston/strut was not functioning properly, which caused additional force to be applied to the metal frame when opening or closing the bed. As shown in the photos, the metal frame on the right-hand side is particularly damaged/broken. The gas piston on this side also appears to be malfunctioning. I would like to request that a specialist inspect the bed and carry out the necessary repair. Depending on the assessment, it may be necessary to repair or replace the gas piston as well as replace the damaged metal frame/support rail. I would appreciate your assistance with repairing or, if necessary, replacing the damaged components. I have attached photos for clarification. Thank you in advance.
