Amsterdam - Complete 3-Story House Renovation

Hello, We would like to have a complete renovation done on our 3-story house, approximately 130 m² in size, in Amsterdam, for which we will be receiving the keys soon. We are planning to start the work at the end of September. I would appreciate it if you could share an approximate cost and price quote for all of the following work, as well as an estimated project duration. Main work to be done: - Removal of wallpaper currently on some walls - Necessary demolition and removal work - Removal of all debris and construction waste from the house - Plastering and painting of all walls and ceilings in the entire house (Total 420 m² wall - ceiling area existing) - Complete bathroom renovation - Complete WC renovation - Installation of underfloor heating system on 3 floors - PVC flooring for all floors - Replacement of all interior doors and door frames - Demolition of the non-load-bearing wall between 2 rooms and reconstruction of a new wall to provide more space to one room (4 mt wall) - Laminate cladding of 1 staircase - Painting of 1 staircase - Installation of metal-framed glass door for the living room - Renewal of electrical wiring - Replacement of all outlets and switches - Renewal/replacement of electrical panel - Preparation of necessary electrical, water and other infrastructure suitable for the new kitchen - Construction of some custom-sized cabinets/wooden structures - This can be costed after the decision is made. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could share your quote in detail and also specify which work is included in the quote scope - whether materials and labor are included or not, and if there are any excluded items.
