Renovation work for our new home

Hello, we have several renovation tasks that need to be completed before moving into the house we purchased in Utrecht Vleuten. The carpet (haliflex) on the stairs across two floors needs to be removed, and depending on the condition of the stairs, they should either be sanded or covered. Additionally, the flooring on the middle floor will be replaced, and both the ground floor and the middle floor will be painted. The toilet and sink in the small ground-floor restroom will be replaced with the new ones we have purchased. The areas to be painted include three small bedrooms, the living room, and the stairwells. The area where the flooring will be replaced is approximately 27 square meters. We would also like to replace an interior door in the living room with a new one that we will purchase.
