Bathroom Renovation

Hello, We would like to renovate the bathroom in the house we have recently purchased. The existing bathroom is located above the front entrance door of the house, as shown in the pictures. In addition, the current bathroom does not have a toilet or the necessary plumbing, and we would like to add these. I have also included pictures showing the general design I am expecting. The work I am requesting is listed below: A wall-mounted toilet with a concealed cistern and the required plumbing will be added to the existing bathroom. For the drainage line, access should be made through the meter cupboard area down to the crawl space, and the drainage connection should be made from there. A shower cabin and water supply plumbing will be added/adjusted. The radiator on the wall will be removed. The entire floor will be broken up and retiled. After the wall tiles are removed for the plumbing work, the damaged/removed areas will be tiled again. I will purchase specific items such as the toilet, shower cabin, and sink myself, according to the required measurements. However, the construction materials needed for the renovation should of course be provided by you. I will receive the keys on July 13, and I would like this renovation to be completed between July 15 and July 25. Kind regards
