I want to have my home painted in central Amsterdam

I recently moved into a new home in Amsterdam and would like to have it painted. I also want the wooden parts on the ceiling and the parquet floors to be varnished. In addition, there is a crack in the wall above the door, and it needs to be filled with joint filler. The house is only a small studio, as you can see in the picture. The bathroom will not be included. The ceiling height is 3.20 meters.
