Rental House Search (Utrecht and Surroundings) Regarding

Hello, my name is Ahmet. I am working as an R&D Specialist at a private biotechnology company in Turkey. My 5-year partner started her doctoral studies at the Hubrecht Institute. She has been living in the Netherlands for the last 3 years, and has been settled in Utrecht for the last 6 months. With the occasion of her starting her doctorate, we applied for a partnership residence permit and my residence permit has been approved. After I receive my residence permit in person, I need to register at the same address as my partner, so we are looking for a rental house in Utrecht and its surroundings where we can live together as a couple and register. Currently, my girlfriend's doctoral salary, our joint savings, and if needed, a guarantor residing in the United Kingdom are available. Although I am currently working in Turkey, I am in the job search process, and I will have a few interviews. We are an economically stable couple, and this will be further solidified once I start working, but we need a house to settle into until then so that I can attend in-person interviews. Unfortunately, the place where my girlfriend currently lives is for one person, and there is no possibility of registering a second person. For this reason, we are searching for a house. Below, I am entering my girlfriend's gross salary information, but I have an active salary of around 1600 Euro in Turkey and savings of around 10000 Euro. I would be very grateful if you would take these into account as well. I wrote 1 August as the target date, but we have a date range of at the latest 1 September.
