Construction Supervisor, Architect

Hello, We are looking for an architect to oversee and monitor the construction process of our house renovation. We need professional support that will ensure the works progress in accordance with relevant regulations, technical rules, and quality workmanship standards, and will provide guidance and supervision when needed. The contractors have already started working; however, before moving to comprehensive and critical renovation stages, we would like to engage an architect as a site supervisor / project control manager. Our aim is to ensure that the process is managed correctly, that the execution proceeds in accordance with the project, and that any potential issues are identified in a timely manner.
