Rental home

I am looking for a long term rental home for myself and my 6 year old son. I am currently based in the Rotterdam region, but I am no longer limiting my search to a specific city or area. I am open to relocating anywhere in the Netherlands for a suitable home. I currently work for PostNL and receive a monthly salary of approximately €1,130. In addition to my employment income, I currently receive approximately €1,348 in social assistance (bijstand) and around €500 per month in kindgebonden budget. My social assistance continues alongside my employment while I build up my working hours and income. This gives me a stable monthly financial basis, and I can also be eligible for huurtoeslag, depending on the property and rental price. If necessary, a guarantor can also be discussed. I understand that every landlord and housing agency has different income requirements. I am therefore interested in any property for which my financial situation meets the required conditions. My son currently attends school, but our priority is finding a stable and permanent home. For the right property, I am prepared to relocate and, if necessary, change my son's school. Location is therefore very flexible.
