base of the knee cabinet area

I want to level the base of the knee cabinet area located under the dormer and place multiplex on top of it. The floor is slightly uneven, and some points may require shims or filler. The multiplex base needs to be secured firmly and the 1–2 cm gaps at the edges need to be closed using an appropriate method.
