Electrician needed

Some work needs to be done in the house we are about to move into. We need 3–4 new power outlets, 2 wall lights, 4 spotlights at the entrance, 2 spotlights in the upper hallway, and 1 light cable installed. The location of some outlets may also need to be changed. The house is old; grounding is available only in the kitchen and in some areas. Plastering will be done, so the electrician can work comfortably. The entrance ceiling is open and will be covered with drywall, which may make distribution easier. There is no laminate flooring upstairs, only baseboards, which are screwed in and can be easily removed. The fuse box is new.
