Description:
My spouse is an EU citizen but works in Turkey. I will keep my home in the Netherlands, and my spouse will travel back and forth because they cannot leave their job in Turkey. Would this prevent me from obtaining a residence and work permit in the Netherlands? My spouse is not working in the Netherlands. My daughter is an EU citizen and currently has a residence and work permit there.
