Parking: Direct vehicle access right in front of the house. Main Inventory : Storage Room: 1x Washing machine & 1x Tumble dryer 1x Large 3-door wardrobe 1x Kids 2-door wardrobe Approx. 20-25 packed boxes/bags, 1 kid's bike, small ladder, and loose items. Living Room & Kitchen: L-shaped sofa, dining table + 4 chairs, TV cabinet + TV, wooden chest of drawers, red armchair, coffee table, fridge, coffee bar / kitchen cabinet. Bedrooms & Hallway: Double bed + 2 nightstands, 3-door black mirror wardrobe (top of stairs), shoe cabinet. Kid's bed, study desk with upper shelves, 8-cube shelf unit. Note on Disassembly & Site Visit: Some large furniture items in the house may require disassembly.
