I am looking for a professional for a home renovation project. The scope of work generally includes interior painting, flooring replacement, and an on-site assessment for the attic. Details: • Interior painting: We would like the interior areas of the house to be painted. We are not considering exterior painting. The living room, kitchen, hallway/corridor, staircase area, bedrooms, and possibly the attic will be included. If there are any minor wall repairs, filling, or surface corrections needed, we would like those to be completed before painting. • Floor replacement: We are especially considering replacing the existing flooring on the ground floor. We are open to durable, easy-to-clean, and cost-effective options such as laminate or PVC flooring. We would like to receive a quotation for removing the current flooring, preparing the subfloor if necessary, and properly installing the new flooring. • Attic: We are considering insulation and plaster/drywall work for the attic, but we will decide based on the current condition. We would like the specialist to inspect the space on-site and assess how much insulation, plaster/drywall work, or finishing is required. At this stage, we do not want to finalize the exact scope yet. Location: Spijkenisse, Nissewaard.
